Why only silver and no stainless steel?

No casting house in Los Angeles casts stainless steel—only precious metals. In order to make stainless steel jewelry, we would have to go to China. That is something we refuse to do, as we want to pay people within our community for the labor of making your piece.

Are there returns?

There will be NO returns, and all sales are final. Each piece is made to order by lifelong jewelers in downtown Los Angeles.

How do I maintain my jewelry?

Each piece is finished with white gold plating (rhodium). To keep it as shiny as possible, limit exposure to water, perfumes/colognes, and sweat. Cleaning is as simple as rinsing with water and drying with a microfiber cloth.

I received a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product.
